The Client
Nyko Technologies develops, manufactures and markets gaming peripherals for a variety of platforms including PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, PC and more. Nyko sells its products in retail stores as well as through an online storefront hosted on Nyko.com.
The Task
As a manufacturer of high quality peripherals, Nyko wanted to ensure their brand and messaging were clearly conveyed to the customer. In addition to a full visual redesign of the Nyko.com corporate site, Nyko required a system that would integrate with their existing technology infrastructure and accommodate needs for ecommerce and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
The Solution
Nyko rebuilt their online experience and brand presence by developing an entirely new corporate site and powered the content with SWITCH. Nyko was able to connect SWITCH with their ecommerce solution, providing a seamless experience on both the front and backend for users and editors, and allowing product data to be shared within the systems. Additionally, SWITCH will be connected with Nyko’s CRM system to allow user and profile data to flow between the systems.

NextGen Healthcare is an industry-leading provider of medical software for Electronic Health Records, Electronic Medical Records, Practice Management and Medical Billing. NextGen’s online properties showcase the company's products and services as well as provide access to their internal customer and employee network.
The Task
The NextGen brand and online appearance needed a makeover. With goals of steady revenue growth and increased customer satisfaction and retention, NextGen placed a large focus on revamping the experience. Understanding that the new look online was only as effective as the backend supporting it, NextGen had a highly specific set of requirements when selecting a CMS platform. Among these features, priority was given to a customizable and efficient workflow so the various levels of content editors could contribute in a controlled manner. In addition, the platform needed to support real-time and scheduled publishing, site revision history and an architecture that could support growth.
The Solution
NextGen selected SWITCH as the platform to power the NextGen.com experience. NextGen utilized SWITCH workspaces to accelerate development time, allowing NextGen content editors and LEVEL to simultaneously create and edit pages within the site. A customized workflow that follows the business rules of NextGen’s own internal organization was also implemented. The new template-based site built within SWITCH allows NextGen’s online properties to grow with their business needs.

Razor USA is an innovator and manufacturer of kids electric and non-electric toys and scooters. Razor has branded itself as a household name to those with kids as the source of the classic Razor scooter and the new RipStick caster board.

With a target demographic that lives and breathes online, Razor is well versed in the online world and maintains a variety of product sites, microsites, ecommerce and more. As Razor’s product line expands, so does their need for additional sites and advanced features among these sites. Razor realized their need for a highly scalable backend solution that could support their rich content and growth needs; which needed to be provided in a cost-effective manner.
The Solution
Razor selected SWITCH to manage their growing web content needs and support future areas of growth for the company. By modifying their publishing workflow to include SWITCH’s advanced templating platform, Razor is able to easily add new product pages, microsites and even accommodate expansion into new language locales. In addition, the new system allows additional Razor staff to publish items, like press and product data, without assistance from the web team.

The Solution
Intuitive Surgical upgraded their existing content management system to an installation of SWITCH to power content and a Portal framework to manage social communities. The SWITCH platform has enhanced Intuitive Surgical's site development abilities, allowing more users to simultaneously manage content while decreasing development time by utilizing templates to instantaneously publish new content.
